ATLANTA - November 30

Restorative yoga saved me when I was in my deepest grief. That's not an exaggeration. Grief is a physical experience but we don't often take the time to notice our bodies since we are spending so much time "in our heads" with the emotions of our loss. This type of yoga is gentle, meditative and relaxing. The instructor, Stacey Beth Shulman a.k.a. The Curvy Yogini, can provide modifications if you have a specific concern such as a back problem. The class will occur at Decatur Hot Yoga but this is not a hot yoga class. The cost for one class is $17.

Parking is in the lot to the right of the building between the Sprint store and Dancing Goats Coffee. Enter the building on that side of the building and take the stairs down to the first floor. We will meet in the lobby of Decatur Hot Yoga where you will need to purchase your class admission from the receptionist. Please RSVP on this Google Doc!
